LUKA Night Blend is a plant based, 100% naturally sweet 'treat' with the addition of Valerian Root and Passionflower which have traditionally been used to help calm, relax and ease into a restful and restorative nights sleep.

0.4g sugar per serve^ and prebiotics for gut health, LUKA also provides you with a natural source of magnesium, fibre and antioxidants wrapped up in a deliciously, creamy guilt free treat.

Directions

Stove Top: Place 3 x tsp into saucepan with 200ml of your fav milk (we recommend Barista Blend for extra froth!). Mix using Handheld Milk Frother (or whisk) until at your desired temperature.Microwave: Place 3 x tsp into fav cup or mug. Stir. Heat on high for 45secs or until desired temperature. Use Handheld Milk Frother to blend until creamy and frothy.Cold: Place 3 x tsp into fav cup - add cold milk and use Handheld Milk Frother to blend for 10 seconds. OR, simply place in blender and blend for 10 seconds!
