The Luka Sleep Drinking Chocolate really works! I am sleeping so much better since starting my nightly routine. I truly wasn’t expecting it to make much difference but felt I had to try something and I wanted something natural and with less sugar. It has made an enormous difference to my sleep pattern from the very first night. For those who don’t sleep well, it’s definitely worth trying.
More of a coconut creamy taste but I like it.
Feels very indulgent drinking it but has way less calories than normal hot choc.
Verdict is out whether it helps with sleep. Had a good night one night and not so good the next. Don't think a drink can solve all sleep issues.
However delicious and would buy again.

Luka Sleep has a interesting flavour, you can definitely taste the other ingredients which takes away from the chocolate flavour, but still enjoyable.

I’m so happy to have found the perfect hot chocolate without any sugar or other harmful ingredients. I haven’t even tried it as a hot chocolate as such, though I can imagine how delicious it would be with its amazing caramel flavour, but it is the best chocolate to sieve over my home-made cappuccino. I need look no further, having tried so many different brands.

I have found that the LUKA Sleep Drinking chocolate relaxes me before bed and helps with a restful sleep. I love the flavour especially as it's not over chocolatly and doesn't have much sugar yet is still delicious. The only problem I had was dissolving the powder in warm milk but I started using the whizzer and that sorted that problem
I love this drinking chocolate! Not only has it helped me to get off to sleep, I enjoy my night time ritual of my hot chocolate before bed. The taste is very pleasant & not too sweet. I am now on my second order & will be ordering again.
I find this chocolate very smooth with a nice not to sweet and not to bitter. I really do thing that it does help me to wind down at night and possibly sleep a little better.

My hubby loves it. He finds his sleep much better. With the magnesium his restless legs calm and he gets his sweet treat. I enjoy it but as always with me, it's very sweet. So I make it with much less scoops and do find I sleep more restfully. We have it around twice a work week to help calm busy minds.
