Directions
Stove Top: Place 3 x tsp into saucepan with 200ml of your fav milk (we recommend Barista Blend for extra froth!). Mix using Handheld Milk Frother (or whisk) until at your desired temperature.Microwave: Place 3 x tsp into fav cup or mug. Stir. Heat on high for 45secs or until desired temperature. Use Handheld Milk Frother to blend until creamy and frothy.Cold: Place 3 x tsp into fav cup - add cold milk and use Handheld Milk Frother to blend for 10 seconds. OR, simply place in blender and blend for 10 seconds!

Lovely chocolate taste, I'm sure it's helping with my sleeping. I rarely go to bed before 1am,(usually later), then I wake at around 4am, since having my nightly, "choccy" fix, I find I'm usually not waking until around 6am, I'll be ordering more, that's for certain.

I admit to being a bit skeptical but I like to support Aussie businesses, especially small ones so I ordered the small packet to try. Well I tried it just before bedtime . I loved it. I slept like a baby with a few weird dreams thrown in for good measure. I admit it did have a slight flavour that I couldn’t quite put my finger on…then I realised it was the taste of pure goodness and not chemicals and sugar like all the other commercial brands. I’ve also ordered the chai but it hasn’t arrived yet. I’m hooked!!! Will definitely buy the bigger packet next order. Thank you girls for all your hard work to making such a fabulous product.
