Damaged/ incorrect goods
LUKA Wellness will replace any products that arrive damaged or incorrect at customers request.

We also want you to be truly satisfied with LUKA and want to offer our online customers a 'Taste Satisfaction Guarantee' on their first order. If you are not happy with the taste of LUKA, please advise the LUKA Wellness team via email within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
change of mind & opened products
Refunds cannot be issued for change of mind or if product has been opened. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Start a return
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please know we at LUKA Wellness reserve the right to question and refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. All refunds will be handled at the LUKA Wellness team’s discretion.
