I started with Luka’s SLEEP drinking chocolate and loved it each evening. Now I have moved on to an afternoon hit with the MOOD BOOST BLEND. I started with cow’s milk but have recently discovered both are delicious with oat milk. The reduced sugar content was important for me when I looked around for a chocolate drink and these blends provide other benefits as well. Thanks Lucy and Kate.

I’ve had insomnia almost constantly throughout my pregnancy. Last night the only thing I did differently was have a cup of this hot chocolate and wow! I’ve woken up feeling the most rested I have in 6 months! Just wish I’d found it sooner.

I absolutely love this chocolate. I have it once daily, sometimes twice. As it’s summer I have it with almond milk and ice and it’s so yummy.

I am absolutely flabbergasted that this works and sooo well! Ever since starting peri menopause I’ve started to have issues with sleep. At first I thought that the difference in my sleep was a placebo effect but I log my sleep with my Fitbit and the amount of REM and deep sleep on nights that I have my hot chocolate before bed says it all. My mother has been suffering from insomnia since she went through menopause 18 years ago and now also swears by it. Absolute godsend 🙏🙏🙏
