Delicious magnesium chai ‘sleep’ drink. Relaxing pre sleep drink - made on hot water and frothed lactose free milk. Our ‘go to’ each early evening. We love it . 😊

I am so happy with my drinking chocolates and chai, i bought the tri bundle and have been alternating each night. All three are delicious and i am finally sleeping right through.. no more 3am wake ups. Happy customer!
