Delicious and divine! Creamy goodness that is a part of my nightly routine. It sets me up for a relaxing sleep. I sometimes mix it up and add some of the drinking chocolate in with it. Would I purchase it again - yes I would.
I found the flavour not to my liking which really surprised and disappointed me.

I am loving the taste of the Sleep Chai Latte, I make it with a plant based milk and I’m frightened to stop using it as I definitely feel like I’m sleeping much better. I have previously been waking up around 3am and struggling to get back to sleep only to drop off just as my alarm is going off. I am about to make my 3rd purchase and hope it continues to help me sleep. It also, replaces my desert as I have a sweet tooth so now I drink this after my evening meal.
I'm loving the honeycomb chocolate from Luka. It tastes indulgent and comforting, but I feel good about drinking it. The flavour is delicious and it's become a lovely part of my nightime routine. Highly recommend if you want something that feels like a treat without the guilt!

I loved the taste of the chai. At first it was a bit strong of pepper ( as I’m not a big pepper fan), but as you drink more you taste all the spices. I really enjoy the taste and smoothness of it. I was very impressed with it & love that it’s not full of sugar but helps me relax and sleep better.
