Founders Kate and Lucy created LUKA with one simple mission, to give you a guilt-free, delicious reason to take a meaningful moment just for yourself.
Why LUKA?
In our busy lives, self-care often takes a backseat — especially when it comes to treating ourselves without guilt. We wanted a healthy dessert that not only tastes amazing and satisfies those sugar cravings but helped us sleep. But when we searched, we found so many products full of dairy, fillers, preservatives, or hidden sugars. And frankly, none of them hit the mark.
What Makes LUKA Different?
After studying nutrition at the Integrative School of Nutrition in New York, we became fascinated by how powerful natural ingredients can be in supporting how you feel — from sleep to mood and overall wellbeing.
But when we looked at what was on the market, we kept finding tdrinks filled with sugar, artificial sweeteners, or ingredients that didn’t align.
What began in our kitchen quickly became an obsession - could something that’s truly good for you also taste incredible?
After years of refining our blends and working alongside food scientists, LUKA was born.
Our ethos has always stayed the same:
