It's a unique taste. Takes a bit to get use to. No difference in sleeping.

I purchased it for my husband as he loves really good hot chocolate and wasn’t sleeping(for years) so I didn’t tell him i got the sleep chocolate but as he started drinking it he raved about how lovely this new brand was, best chocolate drink with out being overly sweet. He has slept every night since (1 week) which is so unusual. He asked me what I did so told him and he has now said I should buy cartons of them not just a couple.

I highly recommend this drinking chocolate. Arrived safe, right on time. I absolutely love this blend of Chocolate, it isn't too sweet. I really don't like drinking really sweet chocolate. I will definitely be purchasing this product again.

I am so glad I found this brand because it actually tastes good!! I've tried other brands that not only don't work on me but have an off flavour. This is a lovely hot chocolate. I am yet to determine if it's helping with sleep but I'm enjoying the process of finding out

Ive been trying lots of hot chocolates lately and this is by far the best tasting, love the added benefits too but for me its the delicious taste that makes it a winner. Yum yum yum!!!

I have been enjoying the chocolate sleep blend for a couple of years now. The powder is a great addition to my low fat milk. I know I am getting a high protein serve, lovely flavour and relaxing sleep when I drink this combination. I certainly miss this when I run out of stock!
