I found it does help me sleep better during the night and I wake more refreshed in the morning.

New Maple Cinnamon was too coconutty smelling and tasting for me so didn't really like it and gave it to a friend.
Love the chocolate, though, haven't yet noticed a difference in my sleep but have only used it twice so will continue.

Delicious drink and happy to indulge knowing it has none of the nasties (for example loads of sugar) that other chocolate drinks do!

My two girls and I have made a cup of Sleep hot chocolate our evening ritual before bed. It's a delicious and soothing way to get ready for sleep and we've all found it easier to drift off when we have it.

I wasn't sure this was going to make a difference to my sleep but, WOW, what an amazing discovery this product has been. In the week I've been using these sleep blends, I fall asleep faster, sleep more soundly and go back to sleep easily if I wake to use the bathroom...game changer!!

Have been using this for about 2 weeks and it’s helped me get to sleep and I’ve had less disruptions throughout the night. It’s not overly sweet/chocolately, I have added additional cacao to get a stronger chocolate flavour.

This really works, I am falling asleep instantly and staying asleep. Completely recommend and will be buying more.

Tasted nice, just a bit too sweet still for me. Did not work sleep wise though. Had it about an hour before going to bed. I liked that it was all natural ingredients.
