I really like this flavour - it was a slight adjustment on the first try but now I love it and I have slept well after having one in the evening. Good for a sweet little treat, esp now its coming into cooler weather.

Im sorry but I dont like the taste at all. Ive even put honey with it to try & make it more appealing. It also hasnt helped at all with my sleep.
I have a very strange immune system & taste buds so its orobably me not your product but thank you anyway as I can see the ingredients are all natural & good for you.

I have struggled with getting quality sleep for years and take sleeping tablets every night. I purchased the chocolate sleep blend and was surprised at how much it improved my sleep quality.
