The starter bundle was a real experiment for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the products and have stopped just to see if it really did work. It certainly did as my sleep has become restless, so I am ordering more of the sleep chocolate. Absolutely lovely taste and effect.

I have been searching for a low calorie great tasting Chai blend since 'forever'. And have found it with this product. Easy to use, and whip up a delicious beverage that actually does me good. How rare a find. Flavour is definitely a five star rating.

I've found it really enjoyable and it has helped with getting me sleep on some occasions but not all. I shall persevere with it because it is so delicious and a great way to help me wind down and relax.

Unfortunately, the opener/ closer on the sleep sku was stuck together - meant we had to cut the packet and decanter instead of using the resealable feature.
The Luka Sleep Drinking Chocolate really works! I am sleeping so much better since starting my nightly routine. I truly wasn’t expecting it to make much difference but felt I had to try something and I wanted something natural and with less sugar. It has made an enormous difference to my sleep pattern from the very first night. For those who don’t sleep well, it’s definitely worth trying.
More of a coconut creamy taste but I like it.
Feels very indulgent drinking it but has way less calories than normal hot choc.
Verdict is out whether it helps with sleep. Had a good night one night and not so good the next. Don't think a drink can solve all sleep issues.
However delicious and would buy again.

Luka Sleep has a interesting flavour, you can definitely taste the other ingredients which takes away from the chocolate flavour, but still enjoyable.

I’m so happy to have found the perfect hot chocolate without any sugar or other harmful ingredients. I haven’t even tried it as a hot chocolate as such, though I can imagine how delicious it would be with its amazing caramel flavour, but it is the best chocolate to sieve over my home-made cappuccino. I need look no further, having tried so many different brands.
