I bought this for my Mother who is 93, she likes the flavour but isn't too thrilled with it. I haven't tried it as yet, but I will.

I find I am now getting a good nights sleep, it's been a long time since I have slept through the night
I have been enjoying the chocolate sleep blend for a couple of years now. The powder is a great addition to my low fat milk. I know I am getting a high protein serve, lovely flavour and relaxing sleep when I drink this combination. I certainly miss this when I run out of stock!

I was curious in trying a flavour with Maple & Cinnamon together sounded yummy.
First night accidentally added 3 tablespoons by mistake not good , but looked closer to the instructions on night 2.
Teaspoon s 2 is just right love the taste can’t wait till night time for my milky drink.
