Every now and then we like to share a few things we are genuinely loving.

OFF CAMPUS

We are officially obsessed.

First the TV series. Then the books. Now our group chat is basically an Off Campus fan club.

What we love most is not even the romance. It is the feeling.

Having something to look forward to at the end of the day.

Getting completely immersed in a story.

Remembering how good it feels to simply enjoy something.

Sometimes you want a book that changes your life.

Erin Hilderbrand's books are our ultimate holiday reads. Easy, enjoyable, escapist and filled with beautiful summer settings.

Not every book needs to emotionally destroy us.

BINAURAL BEATS

This has become a daily work ritual.

If you have never tried binaural beats, they are worth exploring.

We put them on while working and immediately notice a difference. Less mental chatter. Better focus. A calmer nervous system.

Perfect for deep work days when your brain feels pulled in ten different directions.

LMNT ELECTROLYTES

We were late to the party on this one.

But wow.

The difference in our energy levels, especially on busy days, has been remarkable.

They have become one of those things we miss when we do not have them.

THE DAVID GHIYAM PODCAST

This might be our favourite discovery of the year.

Years ago, we remember seeing people wearing red Kabbalah bracelets and assuming it was all a bit strange.

Then we discovered David Ghiyam.

His podcast is not about religion.

It is about becoming a better person.

More thoughtful.

More self aware.

More intentional.

His perspective is calm, wise and incredibly practical. Every episode leaves us reflecting on how we show up in our relationships, work and everyday lives.

BONUS: LADDER

One more because we could not help ourselves.

Lucy has been using the Ladder app and absolutely loves it.

You tell it your goals, how often you want to train and how much time you have available, and it builds a program for you.

The program she was matched with is called DEFINE and the workouts are challenging enough to feel effective but realistic enough to actually stick with.

A rare combination.

Life can get busy.

We have found that some of the happiest seasons are the ones where we deliberately collect little things that make us feel good.
