Hey I am on my first tin and I am enjoying the taste, I don't know if its helping me sleep or not. I usually fast all day but have the Luke sleep hot chocolate during the afternoon.

Delicious, but packaging needs an update

Great product - delicious taste and great impact on my nervous system! Will be purchasing again!

Unfortunately, the opener/ closer on the sleep sku was stuck together - meant we had to cut the packet and decanter instead of using the resealable feature.

The Luka Sleep Drinking Chocolate really works! I am sleeping so much better since starting my nightly routine. I truly wasn’t expecting it to make much difference but felt I had to try something and I wanted something natural and with less sugar. It has made an enormous difference to my sleep pattern from the very first night. For those who don’t sleep well, it’s definitely worth trying.
