How to gain energy the NATURAL way!

    It feels like everyone is always low on energy, but we live in a fast paced world so it make sense. However, there are ways you can gain more energy in your day the NATURAL way, without needing to rely on coffee and other stimulants.
    Here we have listed 7 ways you can create a pep in your step!
  1. Stay hydrated: Dehydration can lead to fatigue, so make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay energised
  2. Get moving: Physical activity, even just a short walk or stretching session, can help boost energy levels by increasing blood flow and releasing endorphins
  3. Don't snack! Yes thats right, eating small portions of food all day can put a drain on your digestion which steals energy away from you! Fasting has been proven to give you a boost of energy and especially for your mind! 4-5 hours between main meals and ALWAYS leave a minimum of 12 hours between dinner and breakfast
  4. Get enough good quality sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to allow your body to recharge and function optimally during the day. When we say good quality we mean - eat food 2-3 hours before jumping into bed, try to make lunch your biggest meal and reduce screen time 1-2 hours before jumping into bed
  5.
